2022 Circle Hackathon

Our panel of judges will evaluate projects based on the submissions that your team provide using criteria listed below, with a total of 100 points. Reskinned submissions will be automatically disqualified from receiving prizes.

Innovation (20 points)

How innovative / creative / unique is the idea? Was there a novel approach applied to solve the problem?

Technical Complexity (20 points)

Is the project technically impressive? How robust / secure / easily scalable and extensible was the solution? What are the technologies (languages, platforms, APIs, hardware, sponsored tools, etc.) involved? What problems you ran into and how you solved them?

Design & Implementation (20 points)

Does it work and how is the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX)? What are the remaining piece to reach the final completion?

Potential Impact & Business Value (20 points)

Is the idea feasible? Does it have a far reach and market potential? Does it have economic and societal value? Is it sustainable?

Theme Fit (20 points)

How relevant is the project to the stated theme? How your project addresses the challenge.
